Dr. Noah N. Chelliah was born into a Protestant Christian home. His father was a Hindu who, having attended a series of evangelistic lectures was converted to the Protestant Christian faith and he subsequently became a Protestant pastor/evangelist himself and served the Lord for 35 years and started several churches in India.
